Made an appointment for a toilet leaking into the condo below us. Sean couldn't come for a week, but no one elsr was even calling us back, so we took it. He never showed. I called the office, left the address and phone again and still never heard back. Fine if you can't help, but why make us wait a week and then blow us off?
