There was some confusion about our appointment time but ended up coming and fixing the issue within 20 minutes. Friendly and provided advice for preventing issue in the future.

Why can't you give zero stars??? Showed up an hour after promised time, on Christmas Eve when we have an emergency (sewage backing up into our house). Incredibly rude. Notified us after he came that they only take cash. Then notified us that they don't do crawl spaces after they arrived. Called them first because they were a "local" business...
