I was so thrilled with my mini-split/ducted system that I sent an email of thanks before the sun had even set on the final day of install. From Scott the project manager, to Will and Wes with the duct team, to Tim the electrician, to Frank and Jorge from Boston Standard.....they made this process painless. Admittedly, Boston Standard was not the lowest quote I received; but the creative planning for an unforgiving 200 year old home was what sold me on the team. They were kind, courteous, and clean. (My housekeeper will be thrilled with the lack of dust and debris!) They were conscientious to be sure my dog did not roam the neighborhood freely and gave him more head pats and bum scratches than he deserved. They welcomed my inquisitive nature during the 4-day install and walked me through setup, maintenance, and daily use of my system. Boston Standard will be my go-to for system maintenance moving forward. Thanks everyone! (Hope you get the grill Frank!)

We received professional and courteous service from the salesman, Scott, office personnel, and the service technicians, Vic and his apprentice, Mike. We had central air installed in our home and a mini-split heat pump installed in my mother’s apartment above the garage. We look forward to using our new cooling systems this summer! Thank you again Scott and Alex for your time spent over the phone and at our home explaining our options, written proposal and arranging the work to be done! And a really big thank you to Vic, Mike and Ben who worked diligently to get our central air system installed. Our family would recommend this company highly! Had several good experiences with BOSTON standard. Installed an entire hvac once and a condenser at a new home. Teams are very cordial and easy to work with. Had an issue with an install recently but they were back the same day as install to fix. There’s a little premium with them but it is worth it. Always had successful work done both professionally and of high quality.

This is my go-to plumbing company. They always ensure that my service happens promptly. For big jobs they ensure I understand every item on the quotes and they always give more than one option. The service teams are always courteous and go the extra mile. I just got my central AC into replaced. The technicians Tim and Nate were amazing and professional and made sure I was taken care of on the hottest day of the year. I strongly recommend if you need hvac or plumbing work!

On-time (rare these days), courteous and professional. Miscommunication with the office while booking was quickly cleared up by the onsite technician. I was kept informed of the progress and the job was finished quickly and efficiently.
