I’m giving this review and I only just made the appointment. The gal who answered the phone was incredibly polite, courteous, attentive, and professional. She obviously loves what she does because it comes through when she speaks with customers. She is bright, sparkly, and IMO an excellent representative of the company. If she is an example of who will arrive on Tuesday, we’ve called the right people. ???????????????? AAA+
We had an unexpected backup on a Saturday morning, the first sign of an issue was a basement toilet overflowing. One call, and two hours later we had a tech at the house getting ready to snake our main line out to the sewer. Ron was very polite, courteous and workman like in getting an unpleasant job done in the most efficient manner possible. I hope not to have to use their services any time soon, but would not hesitate to call in the future.
Did a great job cleaning my kitchen drain. Came quickly and rooted line twice so it was free flowing. Elie was very professional. Highly recommend.
The technician, Dominic, was very professional and courteous. He quickly fixed our drainage issue and cleaned up afterward. Overall a great experience.
Ron was great 5592. He was quick and efficient and explained the work well. He was knowledgeable of the problem. They came out within an hour of calling. Other plumbers I have to wait for days.
