Service not as quick as quick as they claim, labor rates are tremendously high, and office staff extremely rude and non responsive. Sales reps that come look at your location for contracts, that smell like marijuana, and do not respond(unprofessional) .Go with a smaller company that does not have to brag about how good they are when they are not. If they were that good they would not be bragging they are at trade shows to get more business. Go elsewhere if you can. Horrible staff and response times.

I had problems with my "instant hot" water that's attached to my oil furnace... I only got cold showers. They came and fixed it. They stand by their work and they care about their customers. I would definitely recommend
