I remodeled by house — including 4 bathrooms — back in 2007. All shower doors, jacuzzi baths, bowls, plumbing and fixtures were purchased at Salem Plumbing and Bath. By and large, we have had very few issues over the last 12 years... but the couple of times we needed to replace a small part, no worries. I call Salem Plumbing & bath and they good natured lay look up my items and direct me on how best to get a replacement part from them or the manufacturer. WOW! Make my bathrooms beautiful ...AND my life easy. ???? Thank you Salem Plumbing & bath !!!!!!
Salem Plumbing Supply has the all the materials and most importantly all the right people at the helm to assist in completing any job! They go above and beyond to ensure the customers satisfaction.
No one offered to help us as we walked around the showroom, and when we asked for help looking for a specific product, they made snarky, sarcastic comments only pointing us around rather than sales help. Beautiful (over priced) stuff, but rude, poor customer service. Not sure how they have the reputation they do.
