Plumber was very polite and friendly. He was always communicating with us what he was doing, where and what needs to be done. We'd definitely call them again for any future plumbing services we needed.
They're more of a 1.5 star rating, and one word can be best used to describe there "service," INCOMPETENT, Im a former maintenance technician who worked in the multi-housing communities of the valley for over 6 years and every interaction with this company is worse than having teeth pulled. Most notable instances are the time plumbers took 2 months to locate a leak and wanted to remove our bathroom mirror and open the wall after being told multiple times there were no pipes behind the area they wanted to demolish, come to find out the leak was from a grout line in the opposing bathroom shower where water was running in from their claim was "the toilet seal must be leaking" the second incident is watching their technician spend 6 hours trying to resolder an old preexisting valve in a chill water system 4 separate times before finally giving in and replacing the valve which should have been the initial fix to begin with and only would have take 1.5 hours as I have made the exact same repair in previous apartment units. They are highway robbers with their fees and prices and their technicians are the most incompetent I've worked with or interacted with in the 6 years as a maintenance tech. This is the last company to call for service.
