I woke up this morning to a frigid house. I went and checked oil tank,. It read 1/4 tank but upon tapping tank I knew tank was empty and gauge was hung up. Called Whitney's and explained my situation. It's below zero out there today and my wife is ill. They arrived a couple hours later , filled and fired up the boiler. Fantastic group of people at Whitneys. Responsive in the crunch !! Thank you for a well run , responsive business

I brought a combination heating and hot water system to replace the aging system in a condo I recently purchased. Barry Whitney examined the utility room and sent me a proposal with a variety of options. The team came in and installed everything in just a few hours and left the area neat and clean. However, it turned out that the installer had made an erroneous connection, so when I turned up the downstairs thermostat, the upstairs radiators also heated up. Barry was very responsive and sent someone over three times. The third time was the charm as the tech figured out what the original mistake was and corrected it. Since then, the system has functioned perfectly. Good job, solid customer service, with very responsive follow up until the problem was corrected to my satisfaction. It's easy to deliver good service during a basic installation. Barry could have made up some BS story that it was a problem with the way the pipes were configured and left me high and dry, but he keep on the problem until it was solved.
