Chase & Tolan Plumbing & Heating

I met Chase and Tolan through my friend Jack Deignan. David Chase has always been responsive to me and I have felt they have treated me with expediency and fairness.

I've used Chase & Tolan twice now and have been very pleased. The first time was for an emergency when my hot water heater burst. I called about 7:30 a.m., left a message with their answering service and very quickly got a call back. They made sure I had turned off my water and asked for information about my hot water heater. They showed up about 9:00 with a new hot water heater. As it turned out, the newer model of the same hot water heater was slightly too large for the space so another Chase & Tolan employee dropped off a comparable heater that better fit the space. They did the replacement and were done by noon. Very impressive! I called them again this week for a leaking overflow valve. I was able to make an appointment for a convenient time, they showed up right when I expected them and very quickly repaired the problem. It's quite possible the part is still under warranty so they're going to look in to it and send me a bill. I feel the service is great and their prices are very fair. I'm really pleased to have found this company.

Holy cow are these guys good. Emergency call sent out for a water heater. These guys were at my house within hours. Clean, fast, efficient, and very personable. I hope i won’t be needing these guys soon, but I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again. Great service guys!

I called Chase and Toland a number of times to have someone come by and price out some work at my house. Each time I spoke to a secretary and left a message and I never got so much as a call back! I understand if you’re too busy and cannot take on any new work, but have the common decency to call back and say so. I’ll take my business elsewhere I guess.
