HORRIBLE COMPANY! We had a hot water system installed in our home about one year ago. They talked us into buying the "biggest, best" model tank that would perform the best and the longest, with a great warranty of 5 years. One year later, broken! I called and was told that the warranty is limited to, replacement of certain parts of the system, other than that we are on our own. We hire our own service company and pay them our self. Do not let this company fool you!
