The customer service from Braga Bros Plumbing and heating is beyond exceptional! Alex came over same day to help us with our water heater (at dinner time). He was away from his family at dinner so our family would be okay.
Had a problem on a Saturday and the owner called back to help troubleshoot and fix the problem.
Did a complete transition to energy efficient appliances from my traditional appliances (30+ years). Their employees were efficient, kind, professional, and QUICK. Overall the transition took about 2 days and one day from the actual unit change. At the end of the job, their employee walked me through the system and what work had been done. Alex Braga also informed me about the credits and discounts available to me which definitely made this switch even more of a no brainer move. Would highly recommend Braga Bros and their team. I was informed throughout the entire process, felt taken care of, and am loving the new system in my home. Thank you team Braga Bros!
