I buy all my heating oil ,on road diesal,and propane from R.j never had a issue the office people are great and so aren't the owners and there female delivery driver is hot also

Been using RJ McDonalds for over a year now! The staff in the office is always polite and helpful and what is really nice is a human answers the phone during business hours! Their service crew is professional and friendly! They are willing to answer questions and address concerns which I find very comforting! For service calls I have found they are quick to respond! The delivery crew is also very friendly and polite! Not to many companies I feel comfortable recommending but RJ McDonalds is one I would highly recommend!

Excellent service from people who go beyond the call to service the customer. I switched to them for my propane and oil, and have been very pleased. They even deal with my horses and cows when they make the deliveries.

We were a little strapped on cash this month during this deep freeze cause off layoff before Christmas. Their delivery truck was in front of my house delivering to the neighbor across the street. I called the office to see if they would help us with just a smaller amount than a hundred gallons like 50gals they wouldn't even have had move the truck. Couldn't help us out with staying warm in single digits. That's pretty terrible customer relations if you ask me...rediculous
