Needham Plumbing and Heating

Zack is knowledgeably, efficient plumber. I had bathroom remodel job that he did the rough plumbing to bring in the new sewer line, and hot/cold water and installed all the hardwares for the new shower., and got inspected by town inspector. He surely knows what he is doing quickly, and efficiently. I could not find a better plumber. He is a very busy man. Thanks.

Rude receptionist. Laughed at me the entire time I was trying to schedule an appointment because I thought she couldn’t hear me. Really really rude. These guys have worked for us before and do a phenomenal job but they need to get rid of the receptionist who had zero concept of customer service and basic decency.

Excellent service!!! We had our fireplace converted into gas. When we originally called, Zack immediately returned our phone call that day and came out the next day to quote the job which was very reasonable. He came into our home and immediately we so his strong work ethics. He got right to work and did not stop, unless we had a question, until the job was complete. And what a fabulous job he did. We HIGHLY recommend Needham Plumbing and Heating. Great and smooth experience from beginning to end. Wish only more companies would take a page from his book. Thank you NP&H!

Came in to do a job the big business “professionals” said they couldn’t (wouldn’t) do, and did it like it was easy! Absolutely recommend!
