I wouldn’t recommend this company based on my recent experience. I purchased a house in Tyngsboro at the end of August 2018. As part of the sale agreement, the sellers were to have the heating and central A/C unit inspected and serviced to verify there were no known problems with either system as they are on the older side. The sellers used Jerry Daley Plumbing and I recieved a “clean bill of health” for both systems. Fast forward to this morning (10/26) when I notice my heat isn’t staying on and cold air is blowing out my floor registers. Further inspection found the air filter in my gas furnace completely clogged, and large dust clumps in the vent behind the filter. After cleaning this out, my heat is back up and running for now. I have little confidence that my system was actually inspected or serviced as the most simple of service tasks doesn’t appear to have been completed . I would recommend you think twice before using this company.

Jerry Daley plumbing installed our gas furnace and duct work in a new loft build out. We were very pleased with the work and the advice/guidance provided. Recently, our heat would not stay on. They were very responsive in setting up a service call and showed up on time. A quick diagnoses identified the problem and was fixed within a half hour. The bill was very fair. The most unprofessional contractor I have ever met!!! Recently I need to find a contractor to fix my condominium's heating system, so I contact them to make a appointment, and the maintenance guy missed the appointment three times! So I have to re-schedule the time over and over again! And they charged me $500 for just a small part replacement for like 15 minutes labor time. Don't find this contractor, it just waste your time!
