Dominic and his sidekick were great at resolving my plumbing issue. They showed up quickly after we called on a Sunday. They were efficient and knowledgeable in their service. Explaining thoroughly to us what was going on and how to best treat the issue long term. Appreciate so much what they accomplished for us today! Thanks guys!

What an amazing plumber Frank was, he was perfect. He didn’t try to do work I knew we didn’t need to be done and over charge like others do. He was very professional, clean, and respectful while in my home. He made my disabled mother very comfortable while he was in her house and also he didn’t make fun of my flex tape attempt to repair the the leaks. Thanks! Job well done

Thank You Roto-Rooter for your quick and prompt response to our toilet issue. Candy took the call and was polite and knowledgeable. In less than an hour, Ron (#5592) showed up. He was friendly and got right to work. Within minutes, our toilet was again flushing!!! Great experience. I would highly recommend using them and would use them again without hesitation. Best service ever. :)

Great experience. Had an emergency when my plumbing backed up, team came out within an hour and after videoing system recommended a jet wash. They let me watch them do the camera etc so I knew the problem they were diagnosing was legit because I saw with my own eyes. Another fellow came later in day to do this. Fixed our problem (for now... old house). Whole team was professional and respectful of my home. Fair price and exceptional overall response. Would highly recommend.

Prompt and friendly service from scheduling and dispatch. The technician was knowledgeable and did a great job. My drains are now running better than ever before. Very pricey though even after $60 discount.
