Peter has done several jobs at my home varying in degree of difficulty so I am familiar with his work and professionalism. On this occasion he was measuring specs in my under sink cabinet for a reverse osmosis filter system. I was not too surprised to see that he had done his homework before he came having researched the filter on line. I will definitely want Peter to do the installation when I buy the filter because from experience he always takes time to get it right, he is knowledgeable and patient and VERY clean. Maybe in a rental home I wouldn’t be so particular about the plumber but when it’s my primary home I want Peter!

I was about to fill out the questionnaire but the questions disappeared. I believe it was Kevin who was here just now and did a wonderful job fixing the garbage disposal, which another gentleman tried to do earlier today, but could not. Kevin was also terrific about 10 days ago helping me with air conditioning concerns for my holiday weekend with all my family. The air conditioning was just fine! High kudos for this young man. And very nice, too. I would have filled out the questionnaire, but the questions disappeared..... Lois Goodman

Awesome Customer Service! Nick B was such a engaging young man. He came in and explained everything that needed to be done. He was very clean and accommodating to my needs. I would highly recommend their service department.

Rob came by on 28 Jun to service my Fujitsu A/C unit. He was clean, neat and efficient; careful in working around furniture and pictures on the wall as he working on cleaning fins and condensate drain on wall unit. I was able to be home during this service, to mention to him my observations and requests. He cleaned up properly before he departed, all in good shape! Thanks!

Rob was absolutely awesome: polite and professional. He put in a 12-hr day of hard labor, then cleaned everything up so that one wouldn’t even know he’d been there. And he still took the time to explain patiently everything he’d done so that I have confidence in the system installation and how to maintain it. Thank you Rob!!
