It was a very horrible and worst experience with them. The way they worked and talk was very unprofessional. They were even not able to tell me how to use the thermostat and change the settings. They asked me to download the manual and learn. They charged me $199 for diagnostics. When they left they even did not close the ventilator grills. I will never call them again.

Hired them for a home renovation for our third floor master bedroom/bathroom, including completely redoing and reconfiguring the plumbing, opening ceilings, redoing wiring, new floors new ceilings....everything. If I were only rating Mike K, who did the majority of the (large amount of) work, this would be 5 stars for sure! He does quality work, knows his trades and gives great advice. Our bathroom is gorgeous! CCL Mechanical is cracking into the 'contracting' as a whole business, and as such it seems they are a tad rusty with scheduling and timing. Our project dragged on much longer than it should have -partially this was due to external circumstances, but also partially the company seemed not to allow adequate time/contingency for finishing our job along with their standard plumbing/mechanical jobs. Overall, would definitely recommend them, especially Mike, but if you are looking for something large to be done ASAP this might be a gamble.

When I called with our issue, they were able to schedule someone to come out the next morning. They were timely, very courteous and respectful of the house, even putting booties on which no one has ever done before. They explained the reason for the issue and did some minor repairs for a fair price. Both technicians could not have been nicer.

Jared serviced my AC for the summer, fixed a couple of issues with my furnace and recommended an upgrade that'll make my system work better and more efficiently. Always been highly satisfied with the work CCL Mechanical performs on my heating and cooling system.
