Coldest day of season and my gas furnace cannot ignite!!! Called and left message at 7 a.m. . Call back and appointment set by 7:30 a.m.! Met him and daughter at house by 8:00 a.m. A job we thought was a simple thermo coupler replacement turned into re-wiring of burnt wires and relay replacement and repair! Excellent communication and service! Would highly recommend!!
