I called Steve due to an emergency toilet over flow and he asked why we called him and was very rude about it and said he was too busy to deal with our issue. Would not recommend him if you have an emergency situation.

Steve was punctual, knowledgeable, efficient, and a nice guy as well! His attention to detail and high quality workmanship were much appreciated. I highly recommend Bartlett Plumbing and Heating.
