We had a problem with our electricity, it tripped and made a buzzing sound. We called Heritage and Sean arrived and researched the problem. He explained the problem and explained the alternatives of repair. We appreciated his explanation and his explanation of alternatives of repair. Sean is a fine young man and a great representative for Heritage. We chose the repair based upon his explanation. Since he implemented the changes we selected everything has worked perfectly. Plumber was very nice and respectful and efficient. Price was absurd for 20 minutes of total work. $400 to replace a valve in the shower faucet that cost $35.00 and took him 6 minutes. Charged $415 to replace kitchen faucet, took 13 minutes, I guess those TV commercials cost a lot of money.

We had a new toilet installed. The plumber was prompt and helpful. He did an excellent job. I will use Heritage again.

It was a pleasure to trust Joshua of Heritage Plumbing with my water heater replacement and my kitchen renovations including new sink, faucet, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and ice-maker. There was a sizable amount of work in a small space with some creative challenges. Joshua was able to assess my desires, and come up with logical and neat solutions. He kept me in the loop as the job progressed and we planned out my necessary carpentry steps between visits. He was professional, prompt, and cared about the little details. First, we don’t write a lot of reviews but we wanted to make sure this got posted, as far too often, a majority of reviews people post for anything are just bad and a lot of people that get good service don’t bother writing in. Ryan from Heritage was terrific! He had not only been servicing other customers all day, when we asked Heritage to have somebody come look at our heating problem tonight, he was here and even though it was close to his quitting time, he stayed until the problem was fixed and that over 2 hours past his shift. He was pleasant, professional and thorough and went well over what he needed to do and can’t thank him enough! Heritage, you have some tremendous folks and Ryan was a true professional.
