Callahan responded very quickly and professionally to an air conditioning problem on our central a/c unit just out of warranty and during a heat wave. They arranged to have a Tech the next day and found the needed part to complete the repair.

Callahan reacted very quickly when I needed to replace an HVAC unit in my condo. They were professional and knowledgeable. The unit was installed and operating two days after I decided to replace it.

Do not do business with the company. They are totally unreliable, unprofessional and should not be in business. I called them to replace a garbage disposal, leaking faucet and line into the dishwasher. They Booked my appointment and called a few weeks later reschedule to the next week due to gas line crisis in their town. I called to confirm the appointment a few days before and they said I was all set. After taking the day off from they did not show up. I called and spoke to the manager she said my work was not a priority and there are no plumbers a available. Is this any way to run a business? Stay away from this company.

FINALLY......We have a high efficiency Weil McLean boiler and have had a difficult time finding someone who is familiar with this type of boiler. We made an appointment with Callahan and of course my husband was skeptical due to past experiences with plumbing & heating companies. Justin, the lead technician & his co-worker Ryan made my husband feel at ease almost immediately with the confidence and surety in which they said they could handle the job. They performed the service in a timely & efficient manner in a honest and thorough fashion, explaining everything to him. The cost was extremely reasonable and my husband told me no one else will ever work on our boiler. Much appreciation, Mariann & Howard Stumpf

I came home last night and the compressor on our AC unit was not functioning. I left a message with Callahan's answering service and asked them to call first thing in the morning to schedule an appointment. I got a call at 7:30 A.M. A tech was at my house by 8:30 A.M. and my AC was repaired (bad capacitor) by 9:30 A.M. The tech was very informative and courteous.
