We had our 2019 air conditioner checkup and maintenance done this week. Top rate service by Mainstream Mechanical as always. A pleasure to have work done by this company. Mainstream did the installation of our air conditioning and heating systems several years ago and has continued with yearly maintenance service on both. The technicians are professional, courteous, prompt and efficient in every aspect of their work. Highly recommended!

I had MSM install a new high efficiency boiler and super store water heater last December and I was absolutely blown away from start to finish! Eric came out to check out the job and had the estimate back to me in less than 48 hours. Brenda had us on the schedule and the guys arrived right on time (10 minutes early, actually). All of the guys are polite, clean, courteous, and most importantly, proficient and professional!! They are also so respectful of our home! The job was done in the exact time frame that was promised and we had a warm, comfortable winter, all the while saving money with our new system. When summer came around and the temperatures climbed, of course we turned on our central air conditioning, only to find out it was out of commission. The first call I made was to Main Stream and they were out in just a day or two to check it out. Diagnostics revealed the system was shot but I had absolutely no hesitations with having Main Stream do the job! Brenda was absolutely FABULOUS in fitting us in on the schedule. She is not just a scheduling genius, but also very kind and easy to talk to! The guys were here right on schedule. Again, they were all punctual , polite, clean, and extremely professional. Eric is on the job site daily checking in on the work flow, which is also amazing and rarely seen nowadays. The new system was up and running in 2 days...1 day ahead of schedule!! I have had Main Stream Mechanical for 10 years. I converted from oil to gas, so I needed a through house inspection. They came to my house explained the process; showed me all my needs for conversion; showed me all highly rated burners ( l requested) with complete pricing including National Grid discounts. I had the price for all services needed , including electrical work. I had the whole package as a draft. Since I was 76 years old at that time, I asked if they would return to explain all the details outlined to my brother. New questions were raised and explained thoroughly. My brother, on his owned, researched this major expense and felt this was the best deal I could make. IT WAS! Whenever I experienced problems with my heat, they sent a crew either that day or the next. They have certainly addressed problems immediately. I also, on my own decision, extending my insurance contract. I have had to have three mother boards replaced with no cost. Boards that would have cost me over $1,000 a piece. Each board was ordered, expressed overnight and was installed the next day. I am on “borrowed time” now. When it fails, I shall certainly return to Main Stream Mechanical for a replacement . Another wonderful service from this company, you speak with the owners directly.

I would like to recommend Main Stream Mechanical for their heating service. When I first switched from oil to gas heat, they were very helpful in providing me with a quote and then spending the time to further explain the process of the installation and necessary upkeep. Brenda has always been very quick to reply to email or phone calls when I have had further questions. My heating system has been working great and when I did request maintenance, they were quick to help and schedule an appointment right away. I would highly recommend them!
