Very Professional, I had the main sewer line backing up when we use the washing machine. Doug came within an hour since I called, he was very professional, fixed the problems withing an hour, price was $195 (which is great compared to $445 by Roto-Rooter). I definitely recommend for drain/sewer issues.
Awesome that they were able to come out so late at night. Had been waiting for Roto-Rooter which gave a window of 4-6pm, then called and said 8-9pm, at about 9:45 we decided to call someplace else. After cancelling Roto, DrainPro said they would be out in about 30-60 minutes. And they WERE. We were having an issue of sewage coming up in our basement periodically and the gentleman who came out was able to clear the drain in a timely fashion and take right care of us. I presume the rate was a tad higher because it was a late-night call, but that was to be expected. Very pleased with the work, and it came with a 90-day guarantee. Fair to say we have a new plumber that we will be using from here on out!
