We have been Sila Customers for years and are very happy with them. Each year we have a service call and they are always on time, quick and efficient. Michael came by yesterday and was professional and efficient. I had a few questions which he answered immediately. It is nice that they wear coverings on their shoes as we have white carpets! Professional, punctual and fairly priced! I called Sila to provide me with a quote to update my bathroom. Erik, their plumber, came to my home and listened to what I wanted to do. He thoroughly explained my options and recommended the most economical way to get my desired result. I hired him on the spot and he was able to start the job the next day! I am so happy with my new bathroom and everyone that visits asks me who did the work. I would highly recommend Sila and Erik to any of my friends or family.

This is definitely a 6 star company instead of 5. From the initial phone call to the timely service on the completed job. Very knowledgeable and courteous employees. The technician dispatched (Guy) was very thorough and explained well what he’d be doing. He was tuning up our AC. Will recommend company and tech.

It was very easy to set up an appointment. As promised, I received a call about 30 minutes before the technician arrived. Michael was professional, courteous and tidy. He was careful to put on his boot covers whenever he was in the house, which on a rainy day like today was much appreciated. I am very pleased with the service Sila provided.
