Fair. Honest. And very quick service. They replaced my system that was unpermitted and i coudnlt even tell they had been there when they left! They worked with the parish to get everything permitted.

If I could put a ZERO star I would! Do NOT use this company. We've been usuing this company for our rental property, the same guy has gone out to our property multiple times. Each time he tells us something more expensive is wrong and this last time he claims our septic is so old it no longer works properly and we need to replace the whole system. We wanted a second opinion, so we sent 3 other companies out there and they ALL said he lied and everything he told us was bullshit. And that a system should NOT cost $3,500 and that our tank had clearly not been pumped when we paid them $329 LAST WEEK to pump our septic. All 3 companies said ALL we needed was for someone to clear the tank out PROPERLY since the guy from Tickfaw Septic do NOT do the job we paid him to do and that our tank was NOT old, in fact, they told us when they install a new system they install the SYSTEM WE CURRENTLY HAVE. The guy who was sent out from this company did NOT do his job, which we paid him to do, AND he was given instructions from US the people footing the bill that he did not follow, as usual. When we called to tell them all this he of course claimed he did what he was supposed to do, which we have PROOF he didn't. The other companies that went out there sent us PICTURES of what was done and what wasn't. So if they wanted to lie and and try and screw us out of more money they should have done a better job. This company will try and steal your money and will NOT do the job they are supposed to do. We've used this company for a long time but NO MORE. We will be switching companies. Do NOT let these people fool you into hiring them.
