From the beginning to the end of my experience with Cole's Plumbing was outstanding. The woman who spoke with me first thing in the morning was very friendly and helpful. The plumber assigned to me showed up right on time and was great! He answered all of my questions and even spoke with the city for me about the problem I was experiencing. 10/10 recommend.
Customer service was awesome. I had a leak in my tub faucet that was costing me a lot of extra money every month. They sent someone out very fast, fixed it in a day and was very reasonable with the pricing. Definitely recommend!
I recommend Cole's Plumbing to everyone. They have reasonable prices, their service guys are professional, courteous and clean up behind themselves. The Kasey (The Lady who normally answers the phone) is very professional too, and a pleasure to work with!!!!
