I have used Superior AC as my “go to” AC and heating service for many years. That has now ended. Their repairs and maintenance are on a par with many others. However, after questioning the amount of a bill by contacting them five times, I have been met with stony silence. I was quoted a labor rate of $75 per hour, and an estimated repair time of up to six hours. The repair took a little over three hours, but I was still billed $450. As I said, I’ve tried to contact Herman, the owner, five times over the past two weeks to work this out, with no response. There are too many competitors out there that provide better customer care. I suggest you try one of them, rather than Superior AC. Update: Response from the owner: "We are sorry for this misunderstanding on pricing. I hope you can allow us the opportunity to discuss further. We do appreciated the working relationship we've had over the past 7+ years. Sorry again." Unfortunately, I called five times, while the owner (Herman) never returned any of my calls. My recommendation to find someone who provides better customer care still stands.
Terrible customer service. Had a "tuneup" done during which I don't think they did anything. Had a unit fail a couple of months after the "tuneup" and not only do they not answer the phone after hours, they don't even have voicemail. When I did reach someone, they acted like I was crazy for even calling. A tech from another company pointed out numerous issues with the system and low refrigerant, which Superior was supposed to have checked. Highly NOT recommended.
Techs were here on time. Had a backed up drain under the house, they got right on it. Took a couple hours, got it done. Professional and a fair price. Thank you Superior....
A+++++ GREAT customer support!!! Jennifer is a 1st class secretary! Superior is punctual, you have no idea how hard these employees work to get to the job done correctly. Jennifer's character speaks volumes for Superior A/C & Electric. If she had a problem with you or your business, she would talk to you, the owner or the employees about it, not throw sand in your eyes! Jennifer is better person than that, same for the owner and the employees. If you have a problem, go to the source - not the sandbox!
