We called them to come service our septic system in January and purchased a new aerator. We paid around $1300 for everything and was very happy. However, when the septic was inspected for the sale of or home a couple weeks ago, we were told that we had been sold the wrong brand of aerator and would have to buy a new one. Our realtor called them to discuss the issue (She was told that they’d try to do something) but nothing came of it. Well, we just spent an additional $1050 in order to get the system up to par for the health dept, with the correct aerator. We really liked their service. I’m sure they’ll do you right. Just not sure what went wrong with our situation. Very disappointed at the added expense. Could have nearly bought a brand new system for this price.....anybody want a 6 month old aerator? We have one for sale. ???? hey! Maybe they’ll cut us a deal on the new system for our new house? ????????

I called them to come check my sprinklers and in a few days they came. He was so kind and nice and he went above and beyond to make sure i was happy and that my broken sprinklers were properly fixed. Also the price was very reasonable and he even answered questions i had days later after the service was done. I will recommend him any time and will call Bonnet for all my future repairs.
