Not recommended. We had a kitchen sink that backed up, so we decided to call local. Dwayne answered and said he would give our info to a plumber (we assumed it was one of his guys) or he would come out that day. Two hours pass and no call backs. Eventually we get a text saying he had given the info to a guy and if we didn't hear back, to call Roto-Rooter.
