Arrived at expected time and did quality work. Did a good job of cleaning up when he was finished. I use Doug's for my A/C, plumbing, and whole home generator.
After discovering our AC motor not running (9pm) we called Doug’s first thing in the AM. Tim Venosh came to our rescue by 7:45 and had our unit back up & cooling within the hour! He’s very personable and knowledgeable. After patiently answering our dozens of questions and sharing his suggestions he was certainly our hero today! We appreciate them being open with regular hours 7days a week! Getting on the maintanence plan saved us money too! Very pleased with their prompt and great service!
Warren Young and associate arrived on time for a quality check for a newly installed system. Explained what they were going to do and it would take about an hour and a half to complete the check. The process took right at about an hour and everything checked out perfect. Warren and associate were cordial and polite. We were greeted with a handshake and smile....... Top notch service and company...... Will recommend to all my family and friends....... Awesome job!!!!!
The technician Sergio came to my house at first I thougbt that he was concern in fixing my A/C , he spent some time looking around the unit but all he did was to put 4lb of Freon , he waited a while for the unit started giving some cool air. Dougs Service charged me 844.00 for nothing ,after a couple of day the unit was not working now I wonder if Freon was put in or where it went, I spend a week with no air trying to get another company. I spoke to the Manager, he was no help ,he wanted to charge me another .home service fee and any other problem that the unit may have no recall service. very disappointed , he did not offered to come back they knew that nothing was done I hope this dont happen to anyone else. Np
