God is able, but y'all aren't. I live in a rural area and Able agreed to come out and service my home. They immediately came with the top dollar machine and started cutting a pipe no where near the backup. I told the gent I had to go to work but before leaving, I brought him to the bathroom where the major problem was. My toilet wasn't flushed so I could show him exactly what was going on. I came home on lunch to check on them and they were on the side of the home where the bathroom was, working hard. I was pleased with the work ethic. The gents said the work is warranted. Finally, after I got off of work, they were gone and I immediately went to the restroom to see if they flushed the toilet, which they hadn't. I flushed it, it worked! Yay, problem solved, so I thought. Within the hour, we used the restroom and it was still backed up!!!! The next day, I called Able and explained. Receptionist said I would get a call back that day. Well I called the next day because no one called me back, and she begins to talk about a quote and a supervisor will call me. More money even though they were given the go-ahead to fix all that was needed?? Hmm. Supervisor Mike calls me back and I explained there was still a problem, and I wanted him to come take a look. I'm an unsatisfied customer. He says that he can but it'll be $100 for the drive. I asked why because the gent told me that the work was guaranteed and this all just happened within the last 48 hours. He said that gent was wrong about the warranty and it'll be a fee. I asked for the gent and he said he was "on vacation". So I asked him how can you charge for a plumbing job where they don't even flush the toilet and Mike got mad. Loudly, he said he wouldn't have even touched my home because it was "that bad". So I asked him, as a supervisor, why wouldn't your workers know that as well, so apparently, they're not qualified. Also, how can you say that when you didn't come to my home, so he says he saw the pictures and he stands by his workers' work. Unfortunately, a church helped me out to pay for this, so not only was I left with this mess, y'all screwed a church! Don't service rural areas if you're going to price gouge. So, I had another company to fix it. Sad and bad business!! Update: I was called by the owner and as a courtesy, I answered the phone. Remember, someone else came fix the problem. He is defensive immediately because I "bashed his company" then says he's going to get his attorney to come for me because of my review! Total joke! This is America and freedom of speech is legal and every single word of my review is true!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! The only time you responded was after this review!!! Y'all NEVER SPOKE TO ME SEVERAL TIMES DURING MAY!!!!! Phone records will prove that Maury! If you only had this motivation to call me when I was being serviced, you would have gotten a better review. In addition, slandering me in your response is illegal and threatening a person over a review is as well!! Don't be mad at me because of YOUR poor management. Crazy how I couldn't even get a call back, now you won't leave me alone! And it wasn't some people out of Texas, that's the church I'm talking about in my original post who I said paid for it!!! God blessed me with them and they're the ones who paid you and had to come and fix your problem as well!! So quit slandering me and be a better businessman and man of God that you so call claim to be. It's easier for a camel to pass through an eye of a needle than for a rich man to get into heaven. My kitchen sink was clogged! My wife called Able Plumbing at 7Am. They arrived within 1 hour and had my sink flowing like new within 20 minutes. They were friendly and professional. Their price was fair. They will be my “go to” plumbers from now on. I am very pleased and happy with their service.
