We called Friday And had two workers at our house Monday morning. The gave us an estimate and did the work right then. We had our doorknobs and deadbolt replaced and some plumbing work done. Hi was quite happy with the work and the professionalism of the two gentleman. Thank you!

He put my elderly, stressed out aunt at ease by explaining, very patiently, exactly what he was doing. Professional, knowledgeable and personable. Very pleased!

WE needed our dryer repaired. It is over 20 years old. Tim Albert, the serviceman, laid out all our options. We choose to repair it. Tim went an extra HUNDRED miles to take care of us. Very polite and professional. We so appreciated his service, knowledge and working with our schedule so kindly. Took a chance with him and we scored a home run (no pun intended)!. Highly highly recommend 360. They are a slight more expensive however they back their work and send quality servicemen and do not hesitate to help solve an issue. I have been doing business with Home 360 since 2006. They do a good job and stand behind their work. They are a little more expensive than some other companies but again, you need to factor in that they stand behind their work. If you have any issues whatsoever, they will send out a supervisor who will walk out the job with you and go over everything, then discuss the issue and fix the problem. Trudy, who works in the office, has always been helpful with scheduling jobs, providing historical proposals/invoices and any other administrative assistance that is needed.

AMAZING WORK! We had a gentleman name Mr. Tim Albert who was an absolute gentleman. Would recommend them any day!!
