Cajun Maintenance

We have dealt with Cajun Maintenance on multiple occasions... always professional, always do what they sat they will do. Highly recommend David!

Came in and did triage on my crisis. Worked hard to schedule follow-up around my work. Were fast, efficient, polite, and accurate. I've had no problem with the work since.

Overall, I had a very disappointing experience with Cajun Maintenance. I called them to either repair or replace my water heater. They replaced the thermostat and heating coil (almost $400). The hot water went out again two days later. This time, I was told the water heater needs to be replaced- and that I will not be reimbursed for any of the labor costs from the repairs two days ago. This is unethical for a company who claims to care about their customers and advertises "Fixed right the first time" on their website. The person I spoke with on the phone was clearly concerned about making as much money as possible, by whatever means necessary, and with no regard to the customer. The invoice doesn't even break down the cost of parts and labor. They also told me an estimate to replace the water heater would be emailed in "about an hour". It's been two days, and I have yet to receive this estimate.

I called Cajun Maintenance today and Mr. David answered. I asked if they were working today since most people were observing Veterans Day, he said yes. I told him the problem I was having and he said he would have some out in an hour but they would call 20 minutes before coming. Well Daniel called probably about 15-20 minutes after I had hung up with Mr. David and said they would be here in 10 minutes seemed more like 5 min. I showed them the problem and they got right to work had all they necessary parts and tools on their truck. Explained and showed me everything they were doing. Very professional, respectful, timely and knowledgeable. Thank you Mr. David, Daniel and crew for coming out and fixing my plumbing issue. I highly recommend and will use them again in the future. We had a hot water leak in our slab, I was referred to Cajun Maintenance. I contacted him and ask when will he start. Mr. David and his crew showed up time and fixed our problem. They made it look easy. Highly recommended.
