FaKouri Ken Plumbing

Hello to all. I am the new proud owner of Ken Fa-Kouri Plumbing, as Ken has since retired from the plumbing trade. I would like to thank all who have considered using us as there plumber for the past 35+ years. We strive to meet every customers needs and give them the best service we offer and to make sure all customers are satisfied at the end of each job. Thank you all who have given us there business and gave us a chance to service your plumbing needs. On a different note I do understand sometimes we may fall short of a customers expectation or just fail a customer. We are human. But that is not an excuse not to meet that customers needs. I will personally resolve the issue by communicating with you by phone and/or a house visit ONLY. I will not discuss matters over social media or google. I will not call you out, as you see some have done to us. I will carry myself professionally and handle business like it should. I will not run or hide from your call. You can call my office any time and ask for me and if I’m not available your message will be taken and you will receive a phone call back within 24 hrs but more then likely with in a hour or so. As for the ones that have left review for what ever the case may be. If you would like the problem resolved please feel free to call so we can discuss. I have resolve all issues with customers that have called me and voiced there thought. I like feed back, good and bad. That’s how we improve in life and as a business. Let’s do it the right way. I had a review, not on google, that started off something like this “I used Ken fakouri plumbing before and was very satisfied but they failed to show up the day I called and when I called to follow up they had to reschedule me for the next day” I totally understand your frustration and how we could have cost you a days worth of pay that you may have missed from work or what ever. But this one time we failed and we get blasted with a 1 star review but no credit for all the other times. I can go on and on but I’m sure you can understand business owners frustration with these review sites. Thank you all for your time, Noah Fa-Kouri Ken Fa-Kouri Plumbing.

Pipes broke at abt 2 am called the emergency services. 1st the guy tried to scare me off."well since its after hours it's a $100 just to come out and then $95 the 1st hour so your looking at $195 just to start. Then u have to pay for parts" I said ok This was at 1:55 am. I called back at 2:15 he told me he was trying to call his guy. 2:40 still no Ken fakouri. Called again it went to the answering service. She transfer me and no one ever picked up the phone. Will never called these people again. Mr Rotor has better service and better pricing. STAY AWAY FROM KEN FAKOURI.

Had an issue with my mother in laws house and one of her rent houses during back in the deep freeze. They came out after hours in both cases and took care of the issues they were also able to work with us on the price and the billing. These guys always show up on time and are also clean workers (meaning they clean up after themselves when they are done). I can't say enough kind things about them. Yes they can be a little higher than the next guy but in life you kinda get what you pay for if you go cheap sometimes you get cheap results. I have never had to call them back out to redo any work they have done for us at all.

The plumber was very nice, but scalped me on price, and we still have a leak. We also asked for a bid on some further work (before all the problems) , and there was no follow up on that either. Very dissatisfied.

Didn't like the experience. Just didn't get the job done and wanted to be paid. YUK
