Gordon’s has great customer service! This is a local family and great people. Everyone is always clean and friendly. Wes did a great job recently checking out our a/c unit. He explained what he had done and wasn’t pushy with updating our 15 year old unit.
The service was Awesome!! Patrick was professional, prompt, and friendly. He went over everything including price and provided me with other suggestions and advise. Our experience today was great. Our plumber was very professional and informative ; he spoke us of the various issues we had, resolutions, and pricing, all while giving us options. He was also timely, arriving within an hour of our initial call. We have utilized Len before and will continue to do so if the need arises in the future. Justin did a great job fixing our slow drain. He was very personable and thorough in his work. He even wore booties over his shoes to make sure he left our home clean and that the only sign of him being here is a working drain. Five Star Service, thanks for helping us out.
Reliable efficient and fast. Our hot water heater started leaking in the middle of the night. Called their office to have someone come in and take look. They were at our house by 7:15am and had a new water tank installed and ready for use by 11:00 that same day.
