I had wonderful service from Mr. Rooter. I received a text that Paul was on his way and he arrived on time. He was quick and efficient! I highly recommend! This company really took away my anxiety that I had after calling several other companies and not getting any response. Thank you!

Paul and Kirk showed up and were great. I couldn't afford the fee but they still shared next steps with me and didn't charge me. I'm going to try a more affordable option first, but then, if i get stumped, i will most certainly call them! As a trained physician (MD MPH) myself, game recognizes game! Takes one diagnostatistician to recognize another :)

This company must operate on a customer first platform. They quickly assessed the problem (a mysterious dripping sound that sounded like it was in the wall) and determined there was no internal plumbing issue. AND they didn't charge us. I also loved that they have automatic emails and texts to let you know the status of your order and the arrival time of the technician. Very professional operation. I will definitely call them again the next time!
