Eagle Plumbing Repairs and Drain Cleaning

This company has extremely questionable business practices. They provide a "quote" prior to knowing what the issue is and will not provide a breakdown for labor charges. I was charged $389 for 2 washers being replaced which took less than 1 hour to complete. In reading other reviews it appears the charge was wildly different. Assuming the washers cost $5.00, even with a mark up and 10% overhead, that would mean this company charges $345 per hour. If you call the number and ask what their per hour labor charge is, they will not give it to you. Needless to say I will never use them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone else. I will also be contacting the BBB. Update to the below response: I called the company to find out what their per hour labor charge was, but they would NOT give me an answer. The person on the line was only interested in scheduling some one to come out and stated that only the technician could provide that information and would call me. I then received a call from someone named Gabby who also refused to provide information on what the per hour labor charge would be, but assured me that there is a standard for their company. As I am not a plumbing expert and the plumber who came out did not inform me of what was wrong prior to providing me the quote, other than to say that it could be very complicated to fix. Again, the lack of breakdown for labor and parts both before and after is clearly a pattern based on their reviews, but shame on me for not doing my research.

Eagle Plumbing has consistently provided stellar service for my plumbing problems: immediate response to my call, estimates that match the final cost, professionalism, timeliness to repair, pre-arrival time updates and looking further than just solving the immediate problem. Mr. Lynch worked quickly and explained his plan for the fix. He didn’t rush the process either; he seemed to actually care that I understood what he was about to do. I am a disabled senior and like to be told what is being done and why... ✅!!! Thanks Mr. Charles for sending Mr. Lynch to service my home perfectly!!

I would definitely recommend Eagle Plumbing. They responded to me in a timely manor. The service was done without a flaw and Kevin is very polite and informative. He can come fix all my plumbing needs. Thank you for serving the community in a positive way. I will let all my friends and family know who to call.
