I am a brand new home owner and within a couple days the septic pipes outside broke and we had human fecal matter and toilet paper in our backyard. To say I was angry is an understatement. My home warranty company sent out the request Saturday. They were able to come to my home today (Tuesday). I was prepared for a horrific experience due to the reviews I have seen here on google. I had to call them numerous times to get an exact day and time they would come out and the lady over the phone was short and not very friendly and never called me back. I had to keep calling them. Finally the third phone call I was able to get a day and time and I’m almost positive the only reason is due to the fact there was a coworker there and he was listening. When they got to my home (earlier than I expected because everyone knows usually they don’t come when they say) they told me that the warranty wouldn’t cover the cost because of where the pipe is. Then only charged me an extra $100.00. Which I’m sure the work he did should’ve costed so much more. He didn’t have the supplies so he went out of his way and went to Lowe’s to purchase them so I could use my bathrooms. He was kind and usually anyone else would’ve told me to schedule another appointment. He fixed everything and cleaned up everything. I was told by friends and family I would have to clean up the mess in my yard. My review would’ve been five stars if not for the woman on the phone. The plumbers themselves are phenomenal and I couldn’t be happier. I will always call this company. A grumpy lady won’t deter me from using this company. Thank y’all for coming and doing everything you did. Y’all went above and beyond any expectations I had.
If you love your home then do NOT hire this company. They flooded my kitchen causing thousands in damages. They refused to give me their insurance information, and said, ‘You get what you pay for...’ when referring to my American Home Shield warranty.
Do not use Peacher Plumbing Heating and Cooling our of Pineville La. I was going through my home owners warranty and because i was using insurance i understood it would take longer to get everything approved. It has now been three weeks they told me this morning it was approved last Thursday but because they have other retail customers (people paying cash) they had to fix their issues first and that it would be the end of the week of not longer before they come out to my house again. After coming out the first time for one 5 min just to look at my gas appliances and then tell me they couldn’t do anything until they spoke with the warranty company. The lady i spoke with who said she was the owner was very rude, and yes i was too because as i said it has been 3 weeks now that i have had no gas or hot water, and just continued to tell me she had two guys out sick yesterday and that they would get to me after dealing with their retail customers. And that she would not send someone to my house until they were caught up with cases from up in the Rapides parish first. I have two children a 7 and 4yo and we have had no hot water for 3 weeks we have been having to go to family members houses to just shower. Just a down right horrible company who only cares about getting paid cash. This company clearly only cares about people using cash and could care less if you are using home owners warranty. Horrible business !!!!
Brogan is the best. He came out today worked hard. It's fixed. Great job. Very satisfied.
I can’t rate them on their work because they never did any. I was scheduled with them once before and I canceled the request but when the gentleman called me to schedule he raised his voice at me because I hadn’t answered his previous attempts to call me. The second time I called because our hot water tank is out and I’d scheduled service through my home warranty a WEEK ago and no one has ever called me to schedule the repairs. I was told that I am “out of their way” and I could call and request a transfer to a different company. It’s not quite so simple as there are long hold times to call the home warranty company. I bet if their families were out of hot water they wouldn’t wait a week for service....
