Unethical, Unprofessional, and Rude. Chad King's Plumbing sent an unlicensed personnel to my home to repair a gas line leak and it was done incorrectly. He was not onsite to oversee his trainee, so no wonder it wasn't done right but Mr.King swears it was and stands by his companies work. This man did not step foot on my property to check behind his worker or assess the quality of work that was done. I spent another $1300 with ED's Plumbing of Hammond (5 star company) to undo the ridiculousness that Chad's Company did. His worker practically melted the pipe closed when he was trying to seal them together (see photos of two different areas of the pipe). Therefore, the gas flow to my house was being restricted and would not supply all of my appliances that run by gas. He took my $1300.00 check and ran. His slogan that "done right the first time" is very laughable and a joke. He says that his company stays on site to make sure the customer is satisfied, that's a lie too. He was never on site and nor did he come on site to even clear his name if he wasn't at fault. If you are a reputable company, when a customer complains, wouldn't you try to accommodate them to make things right? Nope not Chad. VERY VERY SHADY COMPANY. STAY AWAY. I RECOMMEND ED'S PLUMBING.

This is absolutely the best plumbing company in the area. Great communication and always responds fast. I use Chad all the time when it comes to any plumbing issues on my rental property and personal home. Always on time and the work is top of the line. I look forward to doing more business in the future. Definitely gets 5 stars from me and I would highly recommend him to anyone!
The quality of the work was very high. They returned my call in a timely manner. They gave me an accurate estimate and completed the work quickly. Everyone I interacted was polite and explained what needed to happen before they began the work.
