I booked them a week in advance. My husband took off of work. They called me today within 24 hours and cancelled. Not sure what kind of work they do but this is very inconvenient. Yes they offered to reschedule, but I don't have another week to spare... Now I have to find a more RELIABLE plumber... smh
They might have named it 'Discount' but I would call it 'Quality'. The plumber they sent out was professional and knowledgeable. He fixed a bad job left by another plumber efficiently and cleanly. I would highly recommend this company. I know I will definitely use them again if I have any more problems. When he was done I didn't feel like I got screwed.
Very professional. Jermon and his assistant were efficient, patience and transparent. Fixed in the clogged toilet in no time flat and a bad previous installation of a garbage disposal. Their office was very friendly and easy to work with. The price was very reasonable for a hour and thirty minutes of work.
