I moved into a previously Amish owned house that needed extensive plumbing and electrical work. My new neighbors recommended M&K plumbing. I don't even know where to begin about all the things that were left half finished, or the things that were done wrong. They buried our electric, at our request, and left huge gaping holes in the field and lawn that I had to pay someone else to come fill in. (Mike's teen age son had been following Mike on the trencher and filling it by hand with a shovel). I couldn't let my horses around the house for fear they'd break a leg, and I had to hire a bulldozer to fill the one in across my horse pasture. I had stepped in the trench several times and fallen down before we got it fixed. Our upstairs bathtub was installed incorrectly, causing it to crack in two places within a year. We cannot use that tub right now, and it will probably have to be replaced. They never put the siding back up in my utility room after running electric in there. The breaker keeps tripping on the electric that they ran to my barn, even though I was assured by Mike that he'd run plenty of wire to run whatever I might need to. They hardly ever showed up when they said they would, always claiming "emergencies". They are nice enough guys, but as usual with these kinds of services, they make you feel like they are doing you a favor. Don't waste your money, and have to pay someone to fix their mistakes. We are still paying for this poor choice.
