Ken Tyson Plumbing

We had a leak from our outdoor spigot into the basement-when I called Ken Tyson Plumbing, they fit me in the same day. Oliver was very professional and had the problem fixed quickly. Everyone I spoke to in the office was very nice and Ken called me and spoke with the insurance company when there was an issue. Thanks to everyone.

Two stars to be fair. 1. Plumber came in through the carpeted living room and we later found dirty foot tracks. Why don't they wear shoe covers ? 2. Plumber needed a cap for a valve, but had to go get it. We waited an hour and 15 minutes before he got back. He said he had to go to three different parts stores to find the cap. Uh... why didn't he CALL to find out if it was in stock, that could have saved at least 30 minutes. Well, I'm saying he probably took lunch in the meantime, but I can't say for sure. 3. It took him about 5 minutes to cap the valve, yet he charged ONE HOUR LABOR... seriously ??? 4. We've had two other plumbers from this company in the last 7 months, and neither one is with the company any more, which is a sign of a problem. Can't they retain their employees ? One of them reportedly didn't show up one day, and never came back. 5. My family will now be looking for another company, or private contractor. Not this company any more.

My water heater needed replacement and after fighting Lowes for 5 days Tyson plumbing was there the next day. Very professional, courteous staff from the secretary to the plumber!

So I called these people at 12:08 am because they have a emergency 24 7 well a person took my info and said some one would get back with me in couple min I never received a call back so I kept calling in and the people answering the phones said that the tech cleared the page so they sent another text and still nothing so at 7 am called and someone that works there gets rude and said all people thinks there proble is an emergency and they should be 911 with all the emergency call that they get but he did say someone could come by and see what the problem is for 268.00 so if your pipes freeze as mine did do not call these people because they are not professional plumbers they are just some company with piss poor customer service I’ll never call theses people ever again and advise no one to use them
