Received an incredibly well-written inspection report that was surprisingly entertaining to read. "lagoon lacks any appearance of a skilled excavator or competent installer." "Fence surrounding lagoon is makeshift at best" Clearly written by someone who both knows and gives a s*** about what they are doing!
