We were customers of Drexlers for years. Today, not only did they not show up for their appointment, they didn’t call. When we called them, they stated they overbooked today and would work us in sometime tomorrow. After already taking an afternoon off from work, this is unacceptable. Also, poor customer service in not calling us to tell us they weren’t coming. We will be looking for a new HVAC company.
