Had a small yet immediate plumbing need and simple fix. I called. They were honest and let me know they would help but I likely didn't require their time and expertise. I got some simple, patient guidance and was pointed in the right direction so I could be on my way. I didn't get work done, but I can recommend their knowledge and professionalism.
