Very unfriendly , the man that came didnt want to listen to what we had to say. He just acted like we didnt know what our system used to be like compaired to what it was when we called them. Didnt want find out what the problem was ,i gues it was to much work. When i called to complain the people i talk to was just as hateful, and didnt want to listen. Not good customer service!
