Contacted Young's plumbing to do some work at one of our Commercial locations. He said he couldn't get there that night but would be on site before lunch time the following day. Called him around 11:30 to get an updated eta and was told he is about 1-2 hours out. Attempted to reach him around 3:30 and no answer. Called multiple times and began declining my call. Extremely unprofessional to just not call and no show. Ended up calling another plumber in town and he was able to make it there in under 3 hours. Word of caution. This guy will string you along!

Called several plumbers in Princeton and Hopkinsville and Young's Plumbing was the ONLY one who was professional enough to call me back. He also responds via text on his mobile phone. He was busy so it took him a couple of days to get to us but he did an excellent job and repaired our kitchen drain nightmare and replaced old metal pipe with new PVC pipe. I highly recommend Young's Plumbing. Will definitely call him first next time!

I have been calling Young's Plumbing for 10 years; 4 tasks. Hot water heater thermo coupler, remove disposal unit, clear drains twice. I will call him to replace my outside faucet plumbing. Fast, professional, upfront and clear with pricing. He is very customer minded. Glad I found him first.

We r suppose to have a bad winter & I wanted 2 b sure we had heat even if th power goes out so I called Young's to hookup my gas fireplaces. Bobby came pressure tested th gas lines for the gas co so the could turn it on & made sure th furnace fired up. Then he said he'd come back in 2wks after his vacation to hookup my fireplaces. So, Didn't call another repairman & I waited 4 him to get back. Left him several msgs & txt but still no reply a wk after he's back. Temps got down to 40deg other day and I had no heat for few hrs. That's not bad but if an ice storm takes power out it could b out wks. Bobby finally answered th phone. He said there's 50 ppl in front of me & there's nothing he can do. Well Bobby I wish I'd not took your word and waited 3wks for u to come back and hook up my fireplaces ..Now all the other repair people have a long waiting line too and I can't get anyone to come. I pray we don't loose power this winter. How can u promise someone your coming to fix their fireplace heaters when u get back on th 18th and then act like it's not a big deal when u know all the other repair people r booked up now??? That is just wrong!!
