San Pedro Plumbing

AMAZING JOB!!. We had a clog, tried to fix it ourselves but ended up breaking off the snake head in our drain. San Pedro Plumbing came out and cleared the blockage. Can't recommend them enough!!. Thanks guys you're a life saver!!!!!

I just moved into a newly purchase home. I did everything i should do. I had an appraisal, a home inspection, i purchased a home warranty and home insurance. Smooth sailing right? Wrong. On day four some nastiness by way of the SEWER showed up in both bathrooms and toilets ceased to flush. This occurred on Friday around 5:15 p.m. AFTER HOURS! I contacted my home warranty company, Landmark, to advise them of the situation. Oh they collected the trip fee for a company they matched me with that would contact me within 4 business hours (key phrase!) I immediately emailed Landmark back inquireing about those two words, business hours. Did I get a response? Nope. So I spend the night with the stench permeating my dreams. UgH! Saturday morning comes and I contact Landmark, after leaving 2 voice messages for my "matched company" whom i have yet to hear from by the way, to inform them that i still havent received a call or anything and thats when "business hours" where explained as Monday. Can I wait until Monday? No. I have no flushing toilets and both tubs contain nastiness. Well lets see if we can contact them, hold one. I hold she comes back to confirm what i had already told her, no answer at my matched company. So then she has to have a meeting and will call me back. 3 hours later i am approved to find my own plumber and they will reimburse me depending on what the diagnosis is. My plumber arrives and no cleanouts! He advises roto rooter. I contact landmark and am told that THE POLICY DOES NOT COVER VENT CLEAN OUTS BECAUSE IT IS LOCATED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE!. Excuse me but arent the clean outs also on the outside of the house? Meanwhile I had been in touch with my home inspector. He sent (on his dime, offered and accepted by me) San Pedro to me and THEY GOT THE JOB DONE! I have just enjoyed my first glass of water in over 24 hours, why? Because now I can pee AND flush! Good guys, reasonably priced, and fast!

Pricing is competitive. I am not a plumber but from what I can tell the work they have done has been high quality and I have no concerns. The last reason I am giving them five stars is that they show up on time. That is important to me. I have set up four appointments with San Pedro Plumbing and only once were they late and that was only by about five minutes.

Look no further for a plumbing contractor the tech Mike that came to do work at my home was very professional and was early to my appointment and did high quality work!
