Set an appointment to have a drain cleaned and camera run through our pipes underground. I called and was told he (was never told a name) wanted to come by Thursday. I called and texted the number asking for an ETA and got no call back or response on Thursday. No call, no show. Sounds like I’m not the only one who’s had this issue. Go with Jolly Plumbing, better reviews and VERY organized.

Wow, I am so glad you all all great experiences. Mine was to total opposite. They came and fixed a clogged drain and told me my washer sink was cracked and buy a new one and they would install. I called and called and called (I counted, 14 times) left messages and when I did talk to them, we would set a time and they would not show. At one point, he actually hung up on me and when I called back he said he was too busy and would get to me when he could. That was 3 weeks ago, havent heard a word. I obviously found someone else to do the job. But a very frustrating experience. I do not recommend!

I had called Roto rooter for 3 days , they couldn't come, called jolly plumbing, no response. I called Hancock services they were there within 1 hour, very courteous, knowledgeable , respectful to my home and reasonably priced. I will never call anyone but Hancock again. They fixed my problem within 45 minutes. Great job guys!

I was ripped off by the big names, all of them tried to sell me services for $10k plus. Rick came in fixed what both the big boys couldn't and I haven't had any problems. Text book definition of fair and honest business.

Called several plumbers with no return calls. Called Hancock they called back twice! Done repairs in timely manner in a confined space and it wasn't am easy job at all. Clean and professional crew and reasonable pricing. Thanks. Guys!!!!
