They repaired one of our hot water heaters today. I was impressed with their speed of service and honesty in recommending service on my heaters. Their many great Google reviews are well deserved. Go no further if you are in need of plumbing service. This is a solid business with honest, competent staff.
Worst service I have ever received. I was told $450 for the issue I had and it ended up being $800 to drive 20 minutes and fix a clogged drain. The technician told us to go outside and dig a hole to expose the pipe he needed to get to and he would consider charging us less.
Excellent customer service. Our field supervisor was very respectful and considerate of our property and took great pride and care in his work. We would highly recommend this company to anyone with water restoration/plumbing issues.

Roto Rooter here in Lexington Ky has been Great both times I've used them. Today the basement bathroom shower was backing up and overflowing. Tech was here here 20 mins after I called. Very professional friendly young man took care of problem quickly. 5 Stars !!
